Course Project Coaching

Our Lean Courses are comprehensive curricula that bundle the tools and topics practitioners need at every level of transformation: tactical, integrative, and strategic. We recommend that plans for extended courses include application projects during classroom training and continuing some time after. Theory training is perishable, and should be activated through use as soon as possible.

Neovista offers remote check-in coaching for practitioners, and coach-the-coach support for your onsite leaders. We can also provide multi-day onsite coaching for your lean practitioners, or turnkey project facilitation to demonstrate improvement team leadership techniques for early-stage practitioners.

Senior Team Coaching
